The South Korean based automaker Kia is once again into the spotlights with the new generation of the Ceed, after the model has been caught on camera while it was being parked.
The new generation of the Kia Ceed is almost here and while Kia was teasing it and revealing some official images with it, the guys at the Korean Car Blog did their best and actually captured it on camera in a parking lot. As you can see from the images posted in the photo gallery below this article, the new generation of the Kia Ceed is quite good looking and its design lines are doing their best into bringing the model closer to its European rivals, like the Volkswagen Golf. According to the car manufacturer, the new generation of the Kia Ceed is adopting the Peter Schreyer design lines of other Kias and the main differences can be spotted on the daytime running lights, chrome trim, badge, front grille and rear end, while the cabin is now more driver-orientated and better quality materials have been used. The engine lineup in the new Kia Ceed is yet to be confirmed and a hot hatch version, the Proceed, is expected to come with the same unit as the Hyundai Veloster Turbo, the 1.6 liter with its 200 horsepower.
